It’s way too hot to be cooking. Slow cooker is the way for me to go these days!
- 2-3 pounds boneless pork shoulder (or tenderloin)
- 1 package (13 oz) Campbell’s Slow Cooker Apple Bourbon Sauce
- 1/2lb coleslaw
- 4-6 of your favorite rolls
Put pork in a slow cooker. Add the sauce. Let cook on low for 8 hours.
Take out and with a fork, shred the pork. Add back into the pot. Mix the sauce over it.
