Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pounds boneless pork shoulder (or tenderloin)
  • 1 package (13 oz) Campbell’s Slow Cooker Apple Bourbon Sauce
  • ½ - 1 pound coleslaw
  • 4-6 of your favorite rolls
  •  
  • Directions:

Put pork in a slow cooker. Add the sauce. Let cook on low for 8 hours. 

Take out and with a fork, shred the pork. Add back into the pot. Mix the sauce over it.

Get your rolls ready. Plate, add coleslaw and devour!
