How Preis powers up this massive rock extravaganza that stretches from Riis Beach Park Bazaar to Arverne, including almost every local bar, restaurant, even bakeries is beyond mind-boggling. Starting this Saturday, July 13, the Rockaway Artists Alliance debuts their exhibit, Beach Elements V featuring a bevy of multi-faceted artists each expressing their appreciation of the visual and healing beauty of the beach. Opening reception is Sunday, July 14. This exhibit is ongoing until August, 15.
