We visit James Supple’s OldRockawayPhotos.com site all the time to see what was then and what is now, but sometimes change happens so fast that Then and Now becomes Then, Then, and Now. This scene on Beach 116th Street is a north-looking view with one look from the 1970s (we see a Bingo Hall which was once a supermarket that became the Beach Club). You can see the Beach Club in the next photo with just the edge of the Ocean Grande. In the most recent photo, the new 116 Condos are changing the landscape of the street in a dramatic way.
