- 2 pounds bone-in pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup honey (I used a little more)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried or fresh thyme
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in 6-quart crockpot. Spread the garlic evenly on top of the pork chops.
Drizzle honey over the pork chops, sprinkle the rosemary and thyme.
