Rainbow Skirt Steak Salad

Serves: 2 Ingredients: 1 piece skirt steak 1 red pepper, sliced thin 1 yellow pepper, sliced thin 1 orange pepper, sliced thin 1 small red onion, sliced thin 2 handfuls of baby arugula Salt Pepper Garlic powder Olive oil Peter Lugers Sauce   Directions: Salt and pepper the steak and put to the side. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the pepper and onions on a baking sheet.  Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder over the vegetables. Mix so they are coated. Salmon Wellington

Ingredients: 1-1/2 pounds salmon fillets 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped 1 teaspoon DRY oregano 1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves, chopped ½ cup Dijon mustard 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 egg white, beaten for wash PARCHMENT PAPER Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
