Oven Baked Dover Sole

 Ingredients:

  • 1 package Dover Sole filets
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • Panko Crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Oil the baking tray. Spoon horseradish sauce on each fillet. Roll the fish into the panko crumbs.

Put the breaded fish on the baking sheet and bake 3 minutes. Flip the fillets and bake another 4-6 minutes.

The fish should be opaque, but not dry.
