This notice is being served as required by that rule. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GERALD LEVINE I, GERALD LEVINE, residing at 14 Concord Drive, City of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in the manner following, that is to say:  FIRST: I hereby revoke all prior Wills, Codicils and other Testamentary Dispositions made by me. SECOND: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently possible after my death. THIRD: I direct that my home at 14 Concord Drive, Saratoga Springs, New York be sold and the net proceeds be paid in accordance with Paragraph Sixth below. FOURTH: I give and bequeath my Volkswagen vehicle to Laurence Deutsch. FIFTH: I give and bequeath my BMW motorcycle to Lars Anderson of Saratoga Springs, New York SIXTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to in equal shares to Laurence Deutsch and Steven Krakower. SEVENTH: I rent a storage unit at a storage facility known as Public Storage, 2995 Gallows Road, Falls Church, Virginia, Unit #2062. The contents of which shall pass through my residuary estate. EIGHTH: I direct my Executor to notify Salome Ramseier and Karen Pflug of my death since they are beneficiaries named on certain of my investments, to wit Fidelity Investments and Government FERS Savings Incentive Plan. NINTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint LAURENCE DEUTSCH to serve as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. TENTH: I hereby direct that my Executor appointed under this my Last Will and Testament shall serve without bond.
