An Easter Morning Treat

Despite temperatures in the thirties on Easter morning, Sunday, April 9, at least 300 people braved the cold to take part in St. Francis de Sales’ sunrise service on the Beach.

Father Bill Sweeney and Father Jim Cunningham led the early morning Easter service on Beach 129th Street. All were treated to a beautiful sunrise as the Mass took place.
