Dry Rub Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

 We just got an air fryer so we’re trying some new recipes.


  • 1 pound whole pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper



In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the spices, salt, pepper and oil to make the rub.

Place the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and coat all over with the rub.

Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Check the internal temperature reached 145-160 degrees with a meat thermometer.

Remove pork tenderloin to a cutting board and let rest 5 minutes before slicing it. Enjoy!
