- 4 bone in, skin on, chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Pat the chicken thighs with a paper towel. Add them to a medium sized bowl.
In a small bowl. Combine paprika, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to the bowl of chicken and sprinkle with the seasonings until fully coated.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket skin side down and cook at 380 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip after the 10 minutes and continue to cook for 8 minutes or until no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
++ If You Don’t Have Italian Seasoning, it consists of: Dried Basil, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme, Dried Marjoram, Dried Sage and Dried Rosemary.
