So we bought a new toy. Here’s another recipe.
- 2 – 16 ounce Porterhouse steaks
- 1 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Make sure your steaks are room temperature. Rub the oil or butter all over the steaks and season with the salt and pepper.
Put the steaks in the air fryer for 6 minutes then turn them over and continue for another 6 minutes.
Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before cutting into them. Enjoy!
