Congratulations to Michael McCann for being honored as volunteer of the year by St. Camillus Special Olympics!
On Monday, after two years of volunteering with the program, the St. Francis Prep junior was bestowed the honor of volunteer of the year at St. Camillus’ Springman Hall. According to fellow longtime volunteer, Ray Otton, “We chose him because he’s very good with the athletes, shows up every week and also comes to Little League. Plus, he sets up and cleans with no complaints. In fact, I had to interrupt him cleaning, so he could receive the award!”
