It’s been pretty chilly here recently, but this is ridiculous. Former Rockaway Times Publisher, Kevin Boyle, ran into this fella on his Norwegian excursion and tried to give him a break with a warm Rockaway Times beanie. Sadly, it was snow use. Hey, at least he looks great!
