Youth Group Helps Say ‘Thank You’
You can never say “Thank you” enough! On Saturday, June 22, St. Mary Star of the Sea/St. Gertrude’s kicked off the summer by saying thank you to parish volunteers with a BBQ. The hosts were the teens from the parish youth group.
Under the leadership of staff member Estebana Niño, the teens performed a day of service: setting up, greeting guests, serving and then clean up! Special thanks to Mike Egan and the food truck!
